Lebanon pays in dollars, in lira, or both. Every amount is recorded with the rate used, from the customer’s hand to your payout.

How fast do you deliver?

Within 48 hours across Beirut and its suburbs, or within 24 hours with Express. The rest of Lebanon takes 3 to 5 days, on scheduled routes.

How much does it cost?

$5 flat per delivery, whatever the parcel size. Express is $7. Cash on delivery is collected in USD or LBP.

How do I get the cash you collect?

We pay out the cash collected minus our fees, by Whish Money or cash at our office, with a statement for every payout.

Can my customers pay in Lebanese pounds?

Yes. Customers pay in USD, LBP or both, at the day's rate, and the driver gives change.

What if the customer isn't there?

The driver records what happened and we try again. After repeated failed attempts, the parcel comes back to you.

Can you store my products?

Soon. We are getting our warehouse ready: you will send us your stock and we will keep it on our shelves, pack each order and deliver it. Ask us to be among the first stores.

Can I send many orders at once?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet or paste from Excel or Google Sheets, then print labels with QR codes.
